At RAW studio we take a different approach than your regular Martial Arts club or fitness studio. For starters, everything we do is functional. We have the best coaches and personal trainers that know what it takes to reach elite levels and personal goals in their respective fields.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: Otherwise known as the “gentle art”. This is the definition of function! This is a self-defence system that emphasises technique and leverage to subdue an opponent rather than brut force and strength. Learn to defend yourself effectively without harming your opponent.

Children’s Martial Arts: Our Rock and Water Martial Arts program is designed specifically for children. Rock represents strength, confidence, balance, solitude and loyalty. Water represents calm, flexibility, acceptance, respect and tolerance.

SWEATBOX (Cardio-Tech): Kickboxing/Muay Thai: All we want for you is for you to achieve your fitness goals! These classes teach you to work within your own limitations to reach your fitness peak. We believe there is no better way to do this that Kickboxing and Muay Thai. Great for weight loss, muscle tone, flexibility, stress relief and confidence with a bit of technique to boot. We’ll have you punching like a pro in no time!
